Bawley Vale

This Shiraz, light in colour has a soft pallet, is made from grapes grown at Bawley Vale Estate on a sandy loam soil, after 18 months in oak barrel, is showing flavours of dark plums, black berries and spice.

The Bordeaux style blend, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Pettit Verdot, had 18 months in French Oak barrel; with soft tannis is producing flavours of blackberry, violets and fruitcake.

Wooded – new release – Pale gold in colour. Aromas of peach, pears, custard apple and vanilla. Palate follows through with the same flavours and has creaminess from the barrel fermentation.
