2007 Guillotine Chambourcin
A bold purple red in colour, the 2007 Guillotine Chambourcin leads with herbal red berry aromas, which are softened and mellowed barrel maturation.
The barrel aging has also rounded out the palate.
The wine is smooth and finishes with a lingering flavour of black currant.
It’s a red well suited to pizza or pasta.
