2008 Big Spotted Unwooded Chardonnay
Very pale in colour, the chardonnay aromatics are understated and subtle.
There are lemon and peach notes, and on the palate the wine is lithe, zesty and refreshing with a crisp finish.
This chardonnay is an excellent accompaniment to local Clyde River Oysters.
