he Bordeaux style blend, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Pettit Verdot, had 18 months in French Oak barrel; with soft tannis is producing flavours of blackberry, violets and fruitcake.
A perfect accompaniment to chicken, game and all meat dishes.
Will drink well for 5 years and cellar for 10years. 11.9% alcohol.
